Providing Customers With First-Class Service
At First Investors, our customers are very important to us. To demonstrate how true that is, from October 3rd to 7th, 2011, First Investors Corporation will celebrate Customer Service Week. At First Investors, this year's theme is "Customer Service Rocks."
The International Customer Service Association introduced Customer Service Week in 1984, and Congress formalized it in 1992. Its purpose is to raise awareness about how important customer service is to the success of a company. First Investors joins businesses from more than 50 countries around the world in renewing its commitment to providing first-class service to all of its "customers," both internal and external alike.
Christopher Pinkerton, First Investors President & CEO, points out that "customer service is important to us all year long, not just during the first week of October." Mr. Pinkerton says, "First Investors takes its responsibilities to all of its customers very seriously. We have to satisfy the diverse needs of both our internal 'customers' and our clients. For us, putting their needs first is one of our core values."
