The Chairman's Council
The Chairman's Council is an elite group of the Company's top representatives.1 Members are eligible for generous cash bonuses, receive exclusive promotional materials and are recognized at the Company's annual Convention.
The Chairman's Council is determined annually, and members' achievements are honored at a special awards banquet held at the First Investors Cloud Club Convention. Each year, the Convention is held at tropical resort locations, such as Cancún, Mexico; Boca Raton, Florida and Fajardo, Puerto Rico. In addition to their special reception at the annual Convention, Chairman's Council members receive personalized brochures, customized business cards—and the respect and admiration of their peers.

1 Qualification for the First Investors Chairman's Council, Chairman's Circle and other recognition programs and honorary titles (such as President, Vice President, etc.) are determined by First Investors' internal points system, which is based on sales of investment and/or insurance products.
